We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Security Control Room Operators to monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and assets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Respond promptly to security incidents
- Coordinate emergency responses
- Maintain accurate records and incident reports
- Collaborate with security personnel and emergency services
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Security Control Room Operator
- Valid PSIRA registration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments
- Proficient in security systems, CCTV, and access control, etc
- Shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
